Cyber Security Instructional Curriculum Developer
Training Program Professional is responsible for assessing the skills and talents of Cyber Security employees and developing delivering and implementing activities to improve current conditions and prepare the organization for future challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- 57 years experience minimum in a Cyber Security technical training environment
- Ability to produce technical curriculum documentation clear directions and instructional materials within a virtual environment or an enterprise level
- Ability to apply the Instructional System Design (ISD) methodology.
- Skill in identifying gaps in technical capabilities.
- Design training curriculum and course content based on requirements & tailor curriculum that speaks to the topic.
- Ability to conduct vulnerability scans and recognize vulnerabilities in security systems.
- Knowledge of organizational training and education policies protocols processes protocols and procedures for Cyber training.
- Experience with (NICE) National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education A Cybersecurity Workforce Framework .
- Plan instructional strategies such as lectures demonstrations interactive exercises multimedia presentations video courses webbased courses for most effective learning environment in conjunction with educators and trainers.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for conducting training and education needs assessment.
- Knowledge of laws regulations policies and ethics related to cybersecurity and privacy.
- Knowledge of Cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.
- Knowledge of emerging security issues risks and vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of learning assessment techniques (rubrics evaluation plans tests quizzes).
- Knowledge of cyber competitions as a way of developing skills by providing handson experience in simulated realworld situations.
- Develop or assist with the development of privacy training materials and other communications to increase employee understanding of company privacy policies data handling practices and procedures and legal obligation.
