Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho Creator Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications. You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions that enhance our business processes and improve user experience. This is a remote position with working hours during the daytime in Eastern Time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Design develop and deploy custom applications using Zoho Creator.
- Integrate Zoho CRM Zoho Desk and Zoho Books with other systems and thirdparty applications to streamline data flow and improve efficiency.
- Customize Zoho CRM Zoho Desk and Zoho Books modules workflows and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and integrations.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Provide support and training to endusers on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest Zoho features tools and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in Zoho Creator Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks within the Zoho environment.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Deluge JavaScript or Python.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
- This is a remote position with required working hours during the daytime in Eastern Time.
