Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees to address concerns, grievances & inquiries.
Policy Compliance: Ensures all relevant HR policies, processes & standard operating procedures are carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
HR Operations: Implement HR daily activities with minimal supervision. Lead on various HR initiatives, such as schooling fees entitlement & financial reports before submission to respective departments within the organization.
Employee Engagement & Satisfaction: Participate in relevant projects & community activities as and when needed while ensuring Company culture is always reflected. Organize employee surveys, analyse results & recommend action plans based on feedback.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead on post-recruitment support by People Relations Team’s timely actions in ensuring work document is issued in a timely manner while respecting tentative start date. Ensuring all leavers have been attended to and all necessary process is completed.
Data Management & Reporting: Initiate, update & maintain employees’ confidential & financial records on HRMS (promotions, raises, performance appraisals…) according to agreed SLA’s
