Job Description: Qatar Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the energy industry and develop their customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and possess strong presentation and analysis skills. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers - Provide support to the Customer Service team as needed - Assist in developing and implementing new customer service strategies Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
