Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers - Provide support to the Customer Service team as needed - Assist in developing and implementing new customer service strategies Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
