As a Customer Engineer, you’ll not only guide customersthrough the integration process but also act as their technicaladvocate throughout theirjourney. Responsibilities Design and implement technicalsolutions using the API based on customerneeds. Advise customers on product architectureand best practices for API usage. Provideongoing technical support, including debugging and issueresolution. Proactively identify and implementfixes and improvements in the Enodecodebase. Champion new products and featuresbased on customer feedback. Drive internalprojects to enhance the customer experience. About You 2+years of relevant experience in customer engineering oruser-oriented software engineering. Proficientin managing technical client relationships and diving intocodebases. Experience in managing complexsoftware projects with internal and externalstakeholders. Strong communication skills, withthe ability to explain technical conceptseffectively. Agile and adaptable, thriving in adynamic environment. Nice to have: Experiencein a technical role at a third-party API company.
