Job Description

Overview:
The General Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales objectives of the company
This position involves a combination of sales administration order processing and general administrative support for the sales and marketing department

Responsibilities
  • Interface with sales representatives on a regular basis.
  • Handle sales administration tasks including RFQs quotations and order intake.
  • Managing large volumes
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and representative activities.
  • Prepare tenders vendor applications and contractor s packs.
  • Provide support in marketing activities when required.
  • Responsible for order intake quotation preparation and overall sales administration.
  • Implement and Maintain the Client Purchase Order Received Procedure.
  • Coordination of sales representative activities.
  • Preparation and management of quotations orders and sales data.
  • Liaison between Sales Reps and Project Managers.
  • Administration of inductions and medical tests for Technicians


Requirements

  • Minimum National Senior Certificate
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role will be preferred

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Good problemsolving skills and a creative approach for new ideas
  • High level of organisation
  • Good interpersonal skill
