Location: Pretoria East (Hybrid Office visits required once a week)

Position Type: Internship (Hourly Rate)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients to develop new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain handson experience in recruitment and business development within a supportive and growthoriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our recruitment services and generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through systematic followups and relationshipbuilding.
  • Qualify leads by gathering information on client needs challenges and recruitment requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations for senior recruitment consultants to discuss client needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and leads in our CRM system.
  • Assist in developing and refining coldcalling scripts and strategies to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client profiles job requirements and industry trends.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration Human Resources Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and client relations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
