We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative roles preferably within the finance industry. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and managing correspondence
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Maintain and update client records and databases
Provide support to the finance team with various administrative duties
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within the finance industry
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
