Human Resources Coordinator

Education and Training: Degree in human resource management, human resources, or related field. Obtaining professional certifications in human resource management such as SHRM-CP or PHR may be beneficial.

Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: Good understanding of local and national laws and regulations related to labor and employment.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management to clarify policies and procedures and handle inquiries and complaints.

Consulting Skills: Ability to provide consultation to management and employees regarding human resources issues such as recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
