Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or related field. Higher qualifications such as a Master's in Human Resource Management are a valuable addition.
Artistic skills:
Experience implementing recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
Analysis and evaluation skills of candidates and CVs.
