Job Description
- To look after the Accounts receivable.
- Finalize monthly collection targets in consultation with the Team members of Credit Control and allocate the same.
- Resolving gaps between Clients (CP) and the company related to Invoices outstanding.
- Reconciliation of Outstanding with Clients (CP) and if any discrepancies then clear out the same.
- To ensure timely payments of company debts, process invoices, and maintain the sales ledger.
- Preparing statements and reports for the Monthly Collection Plan.
- Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal procedures if necessary.
