Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user requirements into functional designs and technical concepts.
- Lead teams and provide advanced technical solutions.
- Innovate solutions to manufacturing challenges.
- Conduct plant assessments and define customer requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate RFQ/RFIs to vendors and proposals to customers.
- Coordinate with offshore and vendor teams.
- Support Project Status Reviews and Senior Management Reviews.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain future engagement.
- Travel to vendor and customer sites as needed.

- Handson experience in Manufacturing Automation applications.
- Custom engineered solutions and factory automation.
- System integration for assembly line automation.
- Mechanical Engineering and control automation fundamentals.
- Endofarm tooling (EOAT) design and implementation.
- Robotic/Automation work cell layout design.
- Robotics/Collaborative robot automation implementation.
- Automation Cell integration (Robotics/Pneumatic/PLC/Safety).
- Equipment safety guidelines and regulations.
- Highlevel concept ROM & BOM estimation.
- Lowcost automation Fixture design SPM & Testing machine knowledge.
- Assembly Pick & place Vision and Inspection automation.
- Industry experience in Truck & Off Highway Manufacturing (other industries are a plus).
- Operation technology communication protocols.
- Robot programming (KUKA Robotics preferred but not mandatory).
- Troubleshooting electrical pneumatic mechanical and robotic issues.
- Reading and modifying electrical schematics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent workrelated experience.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
