Job Description

Financial Auditors (SemiSenior / Senior)per annum Depending on experience & qualifications.


Offices based in Leicester and Coventry with Hybrid Working.


Fully Funded Training & Development Career Progression.


5D are proud to be working in partnership with a leading top 25 accountancy and finance practice based in Leicestershire with offices in the west midlands and home counties. Working for a variety of successful medium to large businesses as well as highnetworth individuals this successful practice is going through a sustained period of growth. As a result we are looking to recruit a number of Financial Auditors.


The individual is more important than the skills to join a closeknit team. With full training development support and coaching this is an excellent opportunity to join a fastgrowing accountancy firm.



Requirements

What the roles will involve for the Financial Auditor.

  • Providing audit services to businesses and helping them make the correct business decisions.
  • Provide compliance and advisory services to owner managed businesses.
  • Manage your own portfolio of businesses.
  • Have responsibility for the preparation of statutory financial statements for both audits and annual accounts.
  • Carry out client visits to conduct audits. Then prepare the file for review.
  • Complete the audits and prepare the reports and files through client submission.
    • This is what the role will involve. Depending on your skills and experience you could be supporting senior colleagues until you are ready to conduct the work on your own.


What we are looking for in the Financial Auditor.

  • ACA / AAT (or equivalent) and ongoing CPD ideally.
  • Ambitious individuals who want to learn develop and progress.
  • Experience in financial auditing is ideal but not essential.
  • Confident communication skills as you will be speaking to and visiting client s sites.
