Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial legal overseeing their daytoday activities and fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment
• Oversee the negotiation drafting and review of a variety of commercial agreements including contracts with vendors suppliers customers and partners
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various transactional matters including project financing M&A joint ventures investments and other corporate transactions
• Handling and taking responsibility for the contract management system and ensuring legal documentation is wellmaintained
• Directly liaise with external parties government institutions or any other relevant regulators
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance legal processes and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law or a related field
• Indepth knowledge of corporate law governance and regulatory compliance
• Solid understanding of the commercial legal aspect and can convert legal knowledge into commercial solutions
• Strong experience in negotiating drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
• Preberable someone who can speak Mandarin
