Principal Functions:
  • Overall Business and Brand/ Campaign/ Functional Management of the designed brands/ projects.
  • Marketing/ Functional Strategy Management: Responsible for the marketing activities including tactic plan sales performance sales promotion ROI and product profitability
  • Marketing Planning: Incharge of the product annual Marketing Plan MidTerm Plan and LongTerm Plan.
  • Marketing Campaign/ Activities Improvement: Responsible for the campaign review and improvement to further drive the demand and increase the campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
Business and Brand/ Campaign/ Functional Management:
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities and business solutions are executed inline with agreed global/ regional brand strategy and company policy.
  • Build and maintain brand perception that resonates with customers fosters loyalty and contributes to overall business success.
  • Profitability: To manage the product profitability at planned Gross Profit (GP) and Business Profit (BP) level by having a deep understanding on the cost structure of the designated brand.
Marketing/ Functional Strategy Management:
  • Sales: To plan the annual KPI activities expenses budget and schedule. To ensure the achievement of KPI within the schedule and expenses allocations.
  • ROI: To manage the activities ROI by having a deep understanding on the Food Service customers needs market trend and operation.
  • Above The Line (ATL): To work closely with brand team functional team and advertising agency on the ATL advertising plan to manage the effectiveness of the consumer communication tool; To meet the marketing objective such as increase brand awareness improve brand image improve food service perception improve food service engagement etc.
  • Below The Line (BTL): To work closely with brand team functional team related department and event agency on the BTL sales promotion and PR activities to increase sales off take improve shelf display induce trial purchase experiences and etc.
  • Promotional Planning: To plan and coordinate promotional calendars and events to drive sales during peak seasons or specific marketing periods.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: To work closely with sales teams to align sales and marketing strategies with overall sales and marketing objectives and goals.
  • POP / Premium Management: To well manage of POP / Premium planning which include ordering delivery schedule receiving quality checking issuance and balance inventory management at different warehouse / store room location.
  • Retailer Relationship Building: To cultivate strong relationships with key business partners ensuring collaboration and mutual success.
Marketing Planning:
  • Marketing Plan: To prepare the annual marketing plan which include the situation analysis (market food service customers competitor sales performance and resource) identify key issue propose directional solution and action plan.
  • MidTerm / Long Term Plan: To set direction of next 3years to 10years plan based on SWOT analysis by taking into consideration both internal and external factors for future company expansion plan.
Marketing Campaign/ Activities Improvement:
  • Marketing Campaign: To promote brand awareness and drive demand.
  • To conduct analysis on market opportunities trend and internal resource.
  • To establish campaign strategies and implement the campaign.
  • Development schedule (until postcampaign evaluation).
  • POSM design development.
  • Marketing and sales plan (Profit and Loss Plan ROI expenses budget)
  • Market survey to understand the consumer needs and behaviour concept acceptance and prototype preferences
  • Review the campaign effectiveness and make improvements recommendations based on internal sales staffs and external Food Service feedback.
  • Data Analysis: To analyse sales data market trends and campaign KPI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make datadriven decisions.
Any other responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
