Job Description
- Build strong idea pipeline
- Prioritizing the idea and quick POC for commercially viable product/Solutions
- Co creation of business case for solutions/product by collaborating with end user teams
- Leverage university and other ecosystem for idea pipeline and driving hackathon
- Able to scan the external ecosystem like Startups for collaboration and partnership
- Risk identification and mitigation for all projects of designated area
- Achieve organization Metrics goals for Safety Quality Delivery Cost Productivity & Customer feedback which are in line with customer & employee satisfaction and Business growth
- Drive cost efficiency/revenue forecast & margin improvement
- Able to collaborate with cross functional teams and capable to quickly find a solutions required for idea execution
- Should be able to think outside the box
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self started Hardworking Likes working in ambiguity
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- B.E / B.Tech. (Civil/Mech/Production) with a minimum of 2 years of overall professional experience in product development organization.
- Should have taken at least 2 ideas from nurturing to execution.
- Customer and tech savvy
- Startup experience is an added advantage
- Hands On skills in Real Estate/EPC/Consulting/Manufacturing
- Not Must : Proficiency in design tools lean six sigma and agile methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel PowerPoint etc.)
