As a Public Relations (PR) Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive public image for the company or organization you work for. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to support the organizations goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.
- Media Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets journalists and influencers.
- Create and distribute press releases statements and other materials to the media.
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company spokespeople.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and persuasive content for press releases articles speeches and other communication materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute PR events such as product launches press conferences and media briefings.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure the successful execution of events.
- Crisis Management:
- Develop crisis communication plans and act as a spokesperson during crisis situations.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on managing communication during challenging times.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the organizations social media presence and develop strategies to enhance online reputation.
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and engage with the audience.
- Internal Communication:
- Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging to employees.
- Facilitate communication training for key personnel as needed.
- Measurement and Analysis:
- Track and analyze PR campaign performance using key metrics.
- Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of PR efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.
