Engineering company based in Mumbai. The company specialize in fluid handling Automation Paint and sealant Robotic systems for manufacturing plants of the automotive OEMs.

Experience : 23 Years of Experience in managing Payroll of a manufacturing company.

Purpose of Job:
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing the organizations payroll in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. The HR Payroll Specialist will handle a variety of payrollrelated tasks including calculating wages preparing reports resolving payroll discrepancies and maintaining accurate payroll records. Additionally the candidate will collaborate with other HR team members to address employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Process biweekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time using payroll software.
2. Calculate wages deductions and withholdings ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity by regularly updating employee information tax withholding statuses and other payrollrelated details.
4. Generate payroll reports including earnings statements tax filings and other relevant documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Sharing as whenrequired compliance and payroll documents/details to our clientele.
6. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations/factories and other acts implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
8. Assist in administering employee benefits programs including enrolment changes and terminations.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll taxes and benefits.
