The Role: Agile Champion and Scrum Master

As our Scrum Master youre more than a facilitator; youre an Agile evangelist a coach and a cornerstone of our product development journey. • Product Development Coaching: Through your guidance teams will maintain a sustainable pace in product development integrating Lean UX and product discovery to ensure our solutions are usercentered and datainformed.
  
• Collaborative Catalyst: As the linchpin between crossfunctional teams and stakeholders youll facilitate seamless collaboration ensuring all voices are heard and impediments to progress are swiftly removed.
  
• Strategic Alignment: In partnership with product management youll align team efforts with our broader vision and strategy focusing on delivering outcomes that matter to our customers and the business.
  
• Event Facilitation: Your skill in orchestrating Agile ceremonies will keep our teams synchronized engaged and focused on delivering exceptional results sprint after sprint.
  

Requirements

Your Agile Arsenal:

• Experience: Proven ability to coach Product Owners and teams with a track record of scaling products across diverse markets and stakeholder landscapes.
  
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication mentoring and leadership capabilities adept at fostering a productive agile environment.
  
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Lean & Agile practices coupled with knowledge in UX/UI application design and integration.
