Job Description
- Manage a small team of financial analysts to provide data analytics and insights to the business.
- Prepare financial modeling for various scenarios and assess their impact on the organization and provide monthly analysis of operational parameters.
- Support operational excellence across manufacturing sites by offering analysis and tools for transparent cost and savings parameters, target setting, and monitoring.
- Validate the accuracy of operational and financial data through reconciliations and exception reviews, ensuring reliability for future audits.
