Job Summary:
Our Client in the Event management services are looking to hire a Customer Service Assistant to handle complaints provide appropriate solutions for customers handle social media Management and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering all calls on the customer service line and attending to all calls promptly as required.
- Handling of internal and external correspondence through email and physical.
- Invoicing and receipting all jobs done.
- General office administration including Filing
- Preparation of weekly payroll for operations
- Checking and responding to the company email promptly
- Debt collection and updating debtors list regularly
- Reconciliation of ORDER and PAYMENT for each job.
- Coordinating with Operations and Linen store team on orders and delivery issuing confirmed orders to them & briefing them on the requirements for each.
- Receiving clients who come to the office / inviting clients to the office:
- Organizing demos for them
- Advising clients
- Dealing with any queries / clarification needed
- Attracting potential clients by answering product and service questions and giving them information about our products and services
- Compile Tender / Pre qualification documents within the set deadline.
- Marketing Getting new customers from existing database & other sources Increasing Customer base.
- Social media Sales & Marketing update facebook page regularly activate & maintain Social media sites eg.Instagram linkedin & other social media platforms & respond to any queries.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Public Relations from a recognized institution.
- 2 Years experience in Customer Service Management
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Excel.
Bachelor s degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related discipline. At least 3 years of procurement experience Professional certification i.e., CIPS
