Job Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing sports & entertainment projects ensuring successful completion within scope budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources including personnel equipment and facilities to support project objectives.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries providing updates and managing expectations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and external partners to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
- Ensure that client feedback and requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and manage a team of creatives providing guidance direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members departments and stakeholders.
- Encourage a culture of innovation continuous improvement and excellence in project execution.
Quality Assurance and Performance Management:
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project performance metrics such as budget variance timeline adherence and resource utilization and take proactive measures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Young recently graduated Chartered Accountants or similar who want to work in the sports & entertainment space.
- Understand finances and possess extreme time management skills.
- Ability to build project plans create budgets and manage a team of creatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
