Job Description

Dannys Angels one of the leading companies in the field of marketing specializing in promoting personal brands in the modeling industry is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Director. The candidate selected for this role will play a key role in shaping the companys personnel policy and positioning it both in the labor market and within the brand.

Tasks

  • Collaborating with management to shape the companys corporate culture.
  • Developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures aligned with the companys goals.
  • Creating hiring strategies to attract and retain talented employees in the industry meeting departmental hiring needs.
  • Organizing the employee evaluation process and development initiatives building an internal training system.
  • Managing employee relations including resolving complex and conflict situations.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and plan recruitment.
  • Implementing modern innovative approaches to personnel assessment and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Director or similar role in the dating/gambling industry.
  • Understanding of industry specifics and personnel recruitment and management practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at the UpperIntermediate level Ukrainian/Russian full working proficiency.
  • Ability to adapt AI and other modern trends for effective personnel management.
