Your Tasks:
We are looking for a person with good experience in technical production facilities as well as someone who has its focus in the finance environment.
The company in Poland has less than 100 employees. Together with a pear manager you will be esponsible for the entire business and you will report to the Management in Germany.
As a member of the management board you take on a key role in the strategic and operational management of the company.
Develop and implement business strategies to ensure sustainable growth and longterm profitability and you will be part of M&A projects.
Monitoring and optimization of all company processes and increase efficiency in production.
Responsible for budget cost control reporting and challenge the financial performance financial and liquidity planning.
Preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements.
You will prepare decision templates for the group board of directors in Germany.
Leading and motivating employees as well as promoting their professional and personal development.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a generalist with a university degree in Business or technical specialization.
At least 10 years of professional experience and leading positions in the production environment.
Strong focus in the finance area and high affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.
You are used to work with KPIs.
Strong leadership combined with handson mentality and change competence.
Good communication skills decisionmaking skills teamwork and good social skills.
Goaloriented and detailoriented way of working.
You speak Polish an English; German knowledge would be an advantage.
Willingness for international travelling.

The international group has over 8000 employees worldwide and annual sales of around 1 billion. The subsidiary in Poland produces highquality conveyor belts that are used worldwide and the company in Poland is a global systems supplier. The products are mainly used in the mining and heavy industry but also in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. You are responsible for a team of below 100 employees and you will report to the Head Office Management in Germany. Your workplace is in Warsaw/Poland.
