Our client is seeking a passionate & handson HR Executive to join a dynamic Nature Based Solution company.
Handle all HR administrative duties including recruitment employment onboarding and offboarding
Administer staff attendance leave benefits staff welfare
Assists in employee queries regarding claims benefits and procedures
Responsible for employment pass application renewal cancellation and income tax related.
Process payroll and staff claim
Handle work pass related matters
Maintaining proper and accurate employee records
Handle office administrative duties including processing of invoices
Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities.
Asset management such as maintaining office equipment and office supplies
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
At least 4 years of relevant working experience
Familiar with Singapore employment law
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work independently and take initiatives
Must be reliable meticulous and a good team player
