Reporting to CHRO
Our client is seeking a passionate & handson HR Executive to join a dynamic Nature Based Solution company.

Reporting to CHRO
Our client is seeking a passionate & handson HR Executive to join a dynamic Nature Based Solution company.
- Handle all HR administrative duties including recruitment employment onboarding and offboarding
- Administer staff attendance leave benefits staff welfare
- Assists in employee queries regarding claims benefits and procedures
- Responsible for employment pass application renewal cancellation and income tax related.
- Process payroll and staff claim
- Handle work pass related matters
- Maintaining proper and accurate employee records
- Handle office administrative duties including processing of invoices
- Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities.
- Asset management such as maintaining office equipment and office supplies
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with Singapore employment law
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently and take initiatives
- Must be reliable meticulous and a good team player
- Candidates available within short notice will have an added advantage
