Project Lead

Project manager responsibilities include:

• Define project scope, goals, budget (if any), stakeholders and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure project resource availability and allocation.
• Deliver project on time within budget and scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Track project deliverables & measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Report and escalate risks to management if needed.
