Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders, ensuring all details, including product information, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions, to al-low order execution in the system (SAP).
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Logistic and other internal teams (order, planning, shipping, purchasing, etc.)
Coordinate communication to and from customer including product information, engineering, production, quality, test, shipping, service, warranty, etc.
Prepare shipping requests with all required information.
Inform customers of delivery delays.
Collect and archive documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility.
Continuously assess the end-to-end order entry workflow, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
