الوصف الوظيفي
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders, ensuring all details, including product information, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions, to al-low order execution in the system (SAP).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Logistic and other internal teams (order, planning, shipping, purchasing, etc.)
- Coordinate communication to and from customer including product information, engineering, production, quality, test, shipping, service, warranty, etc.
- Prepare shipping requests with all required information.
- Inform customers of delivery delays.
- Collect and archive documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility.
- Continuously assess the end-to-end order entry workflow, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
