Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic HR advisor and partner to our organization, working closely with business units to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals. The HRBP ensures that HR initiatives are effective in supporting our South African operations while staying compliant with local labour laws and regulations. HR Partnership  Collaborate with Operations management team to understand the business goals and objectives

HR Partnership  Collaborate with Operations management team to understand the business goals and objectives.

Talent Management and Induction

 Support recruitment and on boarding processes.

 Responsible for monthly induction sessions with staff. Employee Relations

 Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries, concerns, and disputes.

 Mediate and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with South African labor laws. Performance Management

 Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.

 Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development. Labour Law Compliance

 Stay current on South African labour laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices and policies are compliant.

 Advise management on legal requirements and implication

Employee Engagement

 Promote a positive work culture and high employee engagement through various HR programs and initiatives.

 Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve workplace satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits

 Address compensation-related inquiries and issues.

HR Metrics and Reporting

 Generate HR reports and metrics for management to support decision-making.

 Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
