Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer with 810 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate with specific expertise in Supply Chain Management. This role requires working in a corporate environment collaborating with international clients and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize 810 years of relevant experience in Core Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate to develop robust solutions for Supply Chain Management.
- Work effectively in a large corporate setting understanding the complexities of enterpriselevel projects and meeting the requirements of international clients.
- Lead and manage a team of developers providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate fluently with international clients understanding their needs providing updates and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement best practices in software development.
- Ensure code quality performance and security through thorough testing code reviews and adherence to industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java development incorporating new technologies and methodologies where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 810 years of handson experience in Core Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Proven track record of working in Supply Chain Management or related domains.
- Experience working in a corporate environment and engaging with international clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate/30 days notice period availability.
