Job Description
We are seeking for a People Advisory Services Senior Consultant to join our Business Consulting Team with the following qualifications;
- Preferably with 2 or 4 years of experience in the fields of Organization Design, Performance, Wage & Benefits, Talent Management, Culture and Employee Experience, Workforce Analysis, Human Resources Analytics,
- Preferably has been involved in project-based work and has project experience,
- Passionate, loves research, has high internal motivation, can take action easily,
- Able to use Excel and PowerPoint programs well,
