- You find solutions for customer problems that arise and you will support them through the journey

- You are the contact person for national and international customers following the booking process by telephone and email
- You are a crossteam collaborator and ensure that we all work together to help customers reach their goals
- You escalate customer feedback and suggestions in order to improve the customer experience
Your profile
What you need to convince us:
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
- Independence strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
- Ideally you have professional experience in customer service after sales or a similar position
- You speak fluent German and English any additional languages (Spanish French Italian Portuguese) are a plus
