Job Description
- Perform assessments on patients to analyse their issues.
- Create treatment programs and review them at regular intervals.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a healthcare organisation.
- Provide advice on reducing injury risk to patients and their carers.
- Keeping up to date on new technologies and techniques that could help patients.
- Write case notes for each patient, and collect data.
