Collaborative Care Planning: Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the psychiatric unit.

Patient and Family Education: Provide education to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping skills, and community resources, promoting empowerment and self-management.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and responses in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
