Their brand has a global reach and they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales and Marketing Professional to develop their business in the southeast Asia region further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
With a P&L responsibility you will:
- Develop the strategic & operational annual business plan in line with the overall long term company strategy
- Close collaboration with our distribution partners and our Marketing Brand Management & Communication team in the Headquarters to achieve our Sales goals as well as to implement and coordinate the Brand Marketing strategy and operational Marketing activities (ATL/BTL)
- You manage a Group Country Manager who takes care of the whole sales and marketing activities in some countries in the Southeast Asia region
- Develop and foster relationships with key accounts
- Periodic business reviews and reporting as well as monthly forecasting using digital tools such as CRM and Power BI
- You will directly report to the Business Director AP and work closely with Global Marketing division and Sales Back Office in the headquarters
Requirements
- Degree in business administration focus on sales and marketing
- At least 8y experience in relevant sales and marketing positions in the FMCG ideally in food or confectionery industry
- Extensive experience and deep knowledge of the assigned business area
- Handson mentality high and tenacious goal and outputorientation
- Highlevel of energy engagement and commitment combined with enthusiasm and positive thinking
- Very developed communication and interaction skills
- Excellent English skills other languages of the area are of advantage
- Experience with managing ITtools of the sales and marketing landscape as well as the MSoffice world (ideally MS Dynamics CRM)
- Wellversed in working across cultures
- Willingness to travel extensively
Your presence at the headquarters in Europe is required 3 times a year.
