Job Description
We are looking to hire an IT Onsite Engineer to manage computer systems. As an IT Onsite Engineer you will be responsible for designing hardware configurations installing software managing network systems and training staff on correct operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with the IT managers to discuss system needs.
- Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
- Installing software and networking systems.
- Troubleshooting network and software issues.
- Installing highlevel software security systems.
- Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Fixing hardware software and networking issues.
- Responding to general IT requests.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager.
Requirements
- Windows 710 Microsoft Active Directory utilization of GPOs MS Office 365 PC hardware installation and troubleshooting Enterprise antivirus solutions Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices Enterprise encryption solutions Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
- Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and internal customer service skills.
- Fluent in both Italian and English
Office: Via Marcello Nizzoli 3 20147 Milano MI Italy
Salary: EUR 2250 per month
Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems. Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
