Job Description
Tâches prioritaires
- Appliquer toutes les règles de courtoisie et veiller à appeler les clients par leurs noms.
- S’adresser le plus souvent possible au client dans la langue maternelle de celui-ci.
- Connaître les points de vente de l’hôtel et heures d’ouverture afin de donner toute information au client.
- S’informer de tous les événements se déroulant à l’intérieur de l’hôtel et à l’extérieur (foires, congrès, réunions, salons…).
