Job Description

General Overview:


Our client a large wellestablished Insurance company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Riyadh KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex inquiries for clients and customers and be integral to the Organizations Customer Service activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle calls emails and respond to simple and complex inquiries regarding eligibility card status Envoy registration/navigation policy benefits issue certificates of insurance claims status and other related information.
  • Provide clear and accurate solutions for inquiries from policy holders clients brokers and/or others.
  • Receive and respond to requests by mail telephone or in person regarding insurance claims/policies.
  • Perform research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions to determine the most effective response.
  • Mail or route claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing.
  • Independently respond to inquiries grievances complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Arabic written and oral skill is a must.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to understand and interpret policy provisions.
  • Ability to perform in a highvolume fastpaced call center environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; highlevel capacity to multitask independently.
  • Extensive understanding of Medical Terminology.
  • Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is required.
