Job Description: • Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the operational department’s annual and long-term goals. • Conduct daily briefing with management on current key activities. • Ensure optimal compliance with corporate focus audit, local health and safety, and other statutory regulations. • Manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss, or injury to any Guests, employees, or Company property. • Observe the team in the operation, daily, review operational performance and lead the team to success.
