Executive Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Recruiter located in Cairo, Egypt. The French Recruiter will be responsible for identifying prospective candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The French Recruiter will also be responsible for managing relationships with hiring managers and executing recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, write, and communicate fluently in French and English
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Adept in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in a BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
