Location: Hybrid (Remote and Onsite as required)

As a Legal/Human Resources/Compliance Officer at Basecode Limited you will play a critical role in ensuring the company operates within legal and ethical boundaries manages its talent effectively and adheres to all regulatory requirements. This position requires a unique blend of skills and expertise encompassing legal advisory HR strategies and compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

**Legal Advisory:**

Provide legal guidance on contracts intellectual property data protection employment law and other legal matters affecting the company.

Negotiate draft and review company contracts and agreements with clients suppliers and partners.

Manage litigation risks and oversee any legal disputes or proceedings.

**Human Resources Management:**

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.

Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.

**Compliance Oversight:**

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements labor laws and industryspecific regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and enforce compliance measures.

Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.

Bachelor s degree in Law Human Resources Business Administration or related field. A Master s degree or professional certifications is a plus.

Proven experience in a similar role ideally within the technology sector.

Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws corporate compliance and industryspecific regulations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong ethical judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
