Manage payroll in compliance with all existing governmental and labor requirements
Ensure the system is updated with the respective payroll changes and provide Reports
Monitor all medical insurance, pension plans, vacations, sick leave and Prepare Necessary Reports
Review payroll payments and account reconciliations.
Develop plans and proposals for employee’s compensation and benefits.
Support to resolve payroll related issues.
Liaise with Finance the auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reporting on all employee loans in adherence to loan policy and management approval.
Prepare reports as well as different analytical reports that management can use to assess company performance and set department and company-wide goals.
