Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Organizational Behavior/Learning Technologies/Social Science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a Learning and OD partner/manager.
- Min 2 years experience in tech organizations.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, fast learner with attention to detail.
