Job Description


Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Salary: 3.5 lacs to 6 lacs per annum

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls emails and live chat.
  2. Address customer inquiries concerns and technical issues promptly and accurately.
  3. Assist customers with troubleshooting navigating the platform and resolving gameplayrelated queries.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
  5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  7. Stay updated on product features updates and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problemsolving.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in any field.
  2. Proven experience in customer support or a related role preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
  3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  5. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customercentric approach.
  7. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  8. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days are preferred.
