Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Salary: 3.5 lacs to 6 lacs per annum

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls emails and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and technical issues promptly and accurately.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting navigating the platform and resolving gameplayrelated queries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product features updates and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problemsolving.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related role preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customercentric approach.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days are preferred.
