Role Overview:
The Growth Manager for Customer Acquisition plays a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our customer base through strategic acquisition channels. This role requires a deep understanding of various customer acquisition methods statistical analysis proficiency strong business partnering skills datadriven decisionmaking capabilities and seamless crossfunctional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in SaaS environments particularly within the Fintech space and will exhibit strong analytical skills digital marketing expertise and exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of various customer acquisition channels including search engine results paid ads email referrals organic traffic and social media referrals.
- Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo to generate prospect lists from online sources and databases.
- Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate topofthefunnel (ToFu) metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Business Partnering:
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including demand generation performance marketing and inbound campaign teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and datadriven recommendations.
- Develop and optimize dynamic sales dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) with a focus on ToFu metrics Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Evaluate and manage a suite of sales tools including CRM and email tracking systems to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop a strategy for building and maintaining a database for Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM).
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analysis to uncover growth opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
- Regularly analyze user market trends and competitor activities for proactive market positioning.
- Demonstrate proficiency in running SQL queries for data analysis.
- Translate data into actionable insights using analytics tools data visualization tools A/B testing tools Excel Power BI etc.
- Use customer data to validate hypotheses and optimize campaigns effectively.
Seamless CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales product and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and overarching goals.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on growth metrics and the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Engage with other teams to gather valuable feedback ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience of over 2 years (for Analyst) or over 5 years (for Manager) as a Growth Manager or similar role in a SaaS environment preferably within the Fintech space.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels strategies and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing experimentation and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
