Position Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager of the company, the Marketing Coordinator will provide ongoing support to the marketing and sales departments. This position supports all of the company s marketing and growth initiatives by researching, developing, implementing, and coordinating iTi s marketing presence and efforts.
They will be a key contributor to the strategic execution of all marketing and media initiatives, from conception to completion, exhibiting strong KPI presence withing the marketing department and performing within schedules and budgets, to achieve the company s growth targets.
This person needs to model and act in accordance with iTi s mission, vision and core values at all times.
The following key accountabilities ensure the critical success of this position:
q 40% Provide Strategic support to Marketing and Sales Departments in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and meet iTi growth targets.
Support the Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations.
Develop, implement, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns for all marketing channels on a regular basis to ensure maximum exposure of the brand and increased lead generation. Identify campaign objectives and create suitable measurement strategies.
Benchmark performance across all marketing channels and measure performance against KPIs
Communicate marketing campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the while providing instructions for promotion or use.
Develop and maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
q 30% Contribute to the research, analysis and reporting efforts across all platforms to maximize ROI.
Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports and presentations by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data
Identify, evaluate, select & monitor the most relevant competitors to conduct market research and analytics. Track the marketplace for new language services and technology.
Analyze the effect of different online and offline channels on each other, develop and implement innovative strategies for improvement and growth.
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to leadership for exploring new avenues of marketing growth
Using the collected intelligence and data, develop appropriate strategies to optimize potential opportunities.
Act as a change agent to help create and drive a market-driven and customer focused culture through market research for brand positioning.
q 20% Plan, organize and manage events with branding, advertising, and promotional goals to enhance iTi brand image and drive leads and prospects growth.
Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, customer events, webinars, trainings and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
Research and develop promotional items for current and future events that build the positive and attractive image of the company, to generate more leads.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors in execution of the promotional items needed.
Research and develop reporting on the effectiveness of the event marketing campaigns and promotional items, as well as make recommendations for the future.
Participate in the promotion of company-organized events through all marketing channels.
q 10% Proactive personal and professional growth for enhancing digital performance of the organization.
Proactively update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities: reading professional publications, attending webinars, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations etc.
Attend at least one digital marketing conference per year to bring back latest knowledge to the organization.
Actively participate in relevant social and networking groups to ensure continuous exposure to latest technologies that can assist iTi reach broader customer base.
Collaborate with teams and departments to ensure marketing campaigns are effective to achieve company goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:
Bachelor s degree: Major or Minor in business, journalism, marketing, and/or communications or proven equivalent work experience.
At least 2+ years experience in marketing or related professional services
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively.
Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continuous improvement
Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:
Graphic design experience with Adobe Suite and/or Canva
Experience with social media management
SEMRush and/or WordPress experience.
Languages
Fluent in written and spoken English. Bilingual preferred.
