Job Description

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to understand payroll requirements and design solutions within the Workday platform.
- Configure and customize Workday payroll to meet business needs, including setting up earnings, deductions, taxes, and other payroll elements.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for payroll-related issues, including researching and resolving payroll discrepancies.
