Sr Accountant - Manager Inter CA

• Supervise daily accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable ledger entries and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards statutory requirements and tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to offer insights for improving financial performance.
• Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits ensuring compliance and resolution of any identified issues.
• Participate in developing and implementing financial policies procedures and controls to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments providing financial insights to support decisionmaking processes.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and relevance.

• Inter CA (Intermediate Chartered Accountant) certification or equivalent qualification.
• Substantial experience in accounting roles demonstrating leadership qualities and managerial skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP or similar) and advanced MS Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

• Proven experience in an accounting managerial or assistant managerial role is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of taxation regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
