Job Description
ExuberantHR Consulting is currently representing a leading Steel Manufacturing and Contracting Management company based in Lower Parel Mumbai. Our client a key player in the industry is seeking an HR Executive to join their dynamic team. Due to the confidential nature of the position the clients company name cannot be disclosed.
Job Title: HR Executive (Male preferred)
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 4 years (preferred experience from Engineering EPC Oil & Gas Automobile Petrochemicals and Refineries)
Salary: Rs. 30000 per month (Max)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified HR professional with 24 years of experience to join our clients team in Lower Parel Mumbai. The role involves handling HR operations and supporting various functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR operations including but not limited to recruitment onboarding attendance management and employee relations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Manage and maintain employee records and databases.
- Assist in conducting interviews and participating in the selection process.
- Handle employee queries and concerns fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in HRrelated projects and initiatives.
